本規約は、AI News Daily (以下「当メディア」) が提供する本 Web サイト、記事、動画、
および当メディアが自身の SNS アカウントへ動画を配信するために運用する自動配信アプリ
(TikTok アプリ名: ainewsdaily-shorts-publisher) の利用条件を定めるものです。
1. コンテンツについて
- 本サイトおよび各チャンネルで公開する記事・動画は、公開されている一次情報 (公式ブログ、リリースノート、 論文、公開リポジトリ等) を裏取りした上で、当メディアが独自に再構成した解説です。
- 記載する数値・仕様・価格は、各出典の記載時点のものです。最新の内容は必ず出典元をご確認ください。
- 記事・動画の内容の正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性について、当メディアは保証しません。 内容に基づいて行った判断・行為の結果について、当メディアは責任を負いません。
2. 著作権・引用
- 記事・動画・スライド画像の著作権は当メディアに帰属します。出典として明示した第三者のコンテンツの 権利は各権利者に帰属します。
- 記事・動画は、出典 (本サイトの URL または動画 URL) を明記した上で、通常の引用の範囲で利用できます。 全文転載・再配信はご遠慮ください。
3. 自動配信アプリについて
- 自動配信アプリは、当メディア自身が所有する SNS アカウントに動画を投稿するためだけに運用します。 第三者がこのアプリを利用してご自身のアカウントに接続することはできません。
- アプリは各プラットフォーム (TikTok、YouTube 等) の開発者規約・コミュニティガイドラインに従って運用します。
4. 禁止事項
本サイトの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。
- 本サイトのサーバーやネットワークに過度な負荷をかける行為
- 本サイトのコンテンツを無断で全文転載・再配信する行為
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
5. 免責
当メディアは、本サイトの提供の中断・停止、内容の変更、およびそれらによって生じた損害について責任を負いません。
6. 規約の変更
本規約は予告なく変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
7. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Terms of Service (English summary)
These terms apply to the AI News Daily website, its articles and videos, and the publishing app
(ainewsdaily-shorts-publisher) that the operator uses to post videos to the operator’s own
social media accounts.
- Content: articles and videos are the operator’s own commentary, fact-checked against public primary sources. Figures and specifications reflect the sources at the time of writing. No warranty is given as to accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Copyright: content is owned by AI News Daily unless attributed to a third party. Quoting with attribution is permitted; full reproduction or redistribution is not.
- Publishing app: the app is operated solely to post videos to accounts owned by the operator and in compliance with each platform’s developer terms and community guidelines. Third parties cannot connect their own accounts through it.
- Prohibited: overloading the site, unauthorized full reproduction, or any unlawful use.
- Governing law: Japan.
